I couldn't agree more - Lane and I often discuss how Kirsten has been a huge force in steering CCC in the direction it is going today! An amazing woman, a good friend, a shining example, and an amazing multi-tasker, I might add!

Thanks for the kind words, Dave and Deb. But to quote John Perkins from CCDA last week, "You all need to stop talking so highly of me, or my ego will make me a leader you don't want to follow! Feel free to share some of the not so good things about me, too!" Then in typical John Perkins humor, he added, "But don't share too much, because my wife Vera Mae believes it is her calling in life to make sure my ego doesn't get too big!" Anyway, any shift in culture at Community would not have happened without leaders like Dave and Jon empowering all of us to relentlessly pursue the calling God has given us!

Even though Kristen doesn't ride a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. I wanted to share that Kirsten helped the biker community. I was so glad that she took the time to help me connect with other bikers in the area. I admire her humility as a leader. I need more of that!

I've had the privilege of working with Kirsten and couldn't agree more that she's the best and the brightest.
But more important, she's committed and willing to live her life as a living sacrifice. That's the ultimate test for us all.
Thanks for your example Kirsten.
