I found these questions in your "Life Changing Conversations" (on Newthing's site) last year and have seriously used them almost daily ever since. Thanks for being such a great resource.

Questions like these have helped me frame a more objective way to coach and develop leaders, which in turn makes it more reproducible. I use the questions often.

Hey, same ideas and questions can apply to my area, worship leading, as well. Leading is leading, right?
