Amy and Josh are very close. I know they tell each other stuff that Sue and I don't know and will probably not know til they are adults...and confess it all. I like that they enjoy each other.
This is now becoming a New Years tradition - right after we celebrate beginning of a new year at 12:00 we send all the junior high and high school kids outside with shaving creme. And they go crazy!! Sue says we are creating good memories. (We are also creating a mess) But I agree with Sue and the kids love it.
Amy (second from the left in the back row) with her JV Neuqua Valley Lacrosse Team displaying their trophy and medals after getting second place at the Wild Cat Classic Tourny. It was an exciting season, winning the Upstate 8 conference and going undefeated in conference play!
Amy played defense on her conference champ team this year and loved it. As sweet and cute as she is -- she is mean on defense! Here she is in action.
Here is Caleb at the plate during an 2007 Little League game. Caleb had a great season at the plate and seemed to always go up to the plate expecting a big hit!
Caleb LOVES fishing!! This is a fish that Caleb caught fishing in the little lake behind my parents house.
What a blast to get to go to Mexico with my daughter (who is awesome!) and build houses for people who need shelter. I really like this pic!
We had a blast in Hawaii! And one of the highlights was the whale watch where we saw dozens of whales and three that breeched. Very cool!
This is all of us at the Naperville Riverwalk on a Saturday afternoon. Sue wanted to try black and white to give it a different look for our family room. I think it worked.
This is Josh along with team mates Will and Brad celebrating Josh's game winning hit. In the bottom of the last inning with two outs Josh singled to right field to bring in the game winning run on the last game of the season.
Josh really improved in his second year on the Gregory Junior High cross country team. He was the number two runner on the team this year. Here is in standing next to the his partner and the number one runner on his team, also named Josh.
The Hinsdale Invitational was the first cross-country meet of the year with more than 20 schools represented. In a race against a more than 250 other runners only the top 40 would get medals. Josh got a medal and finished #16!
This is Josh after a base hit getting ready to steal second... again! Josh was my star shortstop when I coached the Devil Rays. It was great season!
Someone tagged this photo on their facebook account and I just happened to see it. I thought Amy looked really cute...as always!
